New Year- New Resolutions??

How often have you made New Years Resolutions? How many of them have you kept?
THIS year what about making a COMMITMENT to your health in some small way that is easily attainable–nothing succeeds like success.
Perhaps you could commit to:
January:drinking more water – 2 liters per day of pure water
February: walking for 20 minutes per day
March: Turning OFF the TV(computer) 1 day per week and doing something productive instead.
April……
Well, I am sure you get the idea. Each month concentrate on something different that will improve your health….
You deserve to be healthy and you are worthy of the outcome.
